Physical Media

We do not ship physical media (ie. CD's, disks, etc.) We only email registration codes to be used to validate your license. If you must have physical media please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Software Maniacs believes in the "Try" before you buy approach to choosing software. As such we offer all our products as "Fully" functional trial versions. Fully functional means that all the features of the product are available for you to use to make your determination about how the product can meet your specific needs. All we ask is that you make your determination within the terms of the trial license and then register the software if you decide to continue to use it. Customers choosing to register our software by paying the registration fee are sent a registration code. This registration code permanently unlocks the software and allows the software to be used beyond the trial period. This is a bit like letting the genie out of the bottle and therefore we do not offer refunds on registration fees.
